SHIPPING
Shipping within Thailand is free. International shipping is $15 USD via DHL Express from Bangkok. Please allow approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by their destination country.
RETURNS
All pieces are final sale because each item is pre-owned and one of one. A return may be considered only when an item is significantly different from its description or condition notes. Contact marketmulari@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY
Every item is inspected and described in good faith. Natural signs of age and wear are shown in the photographs and condition notes. Please review all images and request measurements before purchasing if fit is important.
PRIVACY
Stripe securely processes payment details; Mulari does not receive or store complete card numbers. Customer contact and delivery information is used only to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
